Overton Parish Council is looking to dispose of (for sale) the old football playing field just off Lancaster Road by informal tender. This means no legal contract to sell or buy. 

The location is just over two acres. Any submitted bids in a closed envelope, and hand delivered to 7a Main Street, Overton. Deadline for submissions by 31st December 2025.

Envelopes will remain sealed until 12th January 2026, the next Parish Council meeting.

If agreed by councillors, a sale could be authorised on the 12th to proceed subject to contract.
